These Terms & Conditions govern your booking and stay at Blue Pine Resort. By confirming a reservation, you agree to comply with the following terms:

• Guests must present the booking confirmation voucher (printed or digital) along with a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in. Acceptable identification includes Aadhaar Card, Driving License, Voter ID, or Passport. PAN Card is not accepted as valid ID proof.
• Please review the hotel’s cancellation policy at the time of booking. Refunds will be processed according to the specified cancellation window applicable to your reservation.
• Guests are required to comply with all hotel rules and regulations, including those related to behavior, safety, and appropriate use of resort facilities.
• The hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation or service in the event of non-compliance with hotel policies or misconduct.
• Any modifications to booking details or cancellations made outside the permitted time frame may attract applicable penalties as per the hotel’s cancellation and amendment policy.
• In case of a no-show, the booking will be considered utilized, and no refund shall be provided unless explicitly stated otherwise in the booking terms.
• Extra beds are subject to availability. Additional charges may apply for extra adults or children as per the hotel’s policy.
• Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• Any services, amenities, or inclusions not explicitly mentioned as part of the confirmed booking may be chargeable.
